Keywords: Yet another call to OSS.  Now they tell me that It was shiped

on the 29th of Sept by first class mail.  Woopee!  Just in time to catch
another Canuk mail strike.  I hope it is worth it.  
	Even after all this I am willing to bet that they FORGOT to put
an index in the manual.

	Oh well,  I guess I can sit by the fireside and think about
a favorite saying of my father.  

	'The customer is king.  (Monarch now that we are not sexist)'

	I will tell my offspring about the good old days when the customer
was a peasant.  And what will they be?

	I will post a summary of findings.
