Has anyone tried to use it extensively? 2) The IBM-compatible floppy disk drive sold with it (able to read 5 1/4" disks) is pretty expensive (~$250). Is there ANY SIMPLE WAY OF CONNECTING SOME IBM-PC DRIVE (that I have seen advertized for less than $100) to the ATARI 1040ST? Do I need a controller to do that, or just a special cable? If the latter is true, could someone provide a detailed info? 3) MAGIC SAC emulator: Is there any drive, or adapter available that would permit to read/write MAC disks directly? 4) Has anyone compared the latest versions of MAC emulators: ALADIN (from West Germany, very impressive!) and MAGIC SAC? 5) Does the current version of MAGIC SAC support other printers than Imagewriter? Could I print on laserprinter using the serial port (since the Apple Talk port is missing). 6) Would any of these Emulators also work with the MAC+ ROM's to get HFS support?
