I don't trust their reviews. Does anybody have any of the digitizers in qeustion, the Computereyes, the Navarone (formally Hippo), and Print-Technik? Do they all take the NTCS composite video signal (from VCR?) I wouldn't expect anything great for a couple bills, plus the low-rez can't do anything broadcast quality, but how good are they? Are they worth it? I have the Hippo Sound Digitizer, and it is pretty poor. It is impossible to record woto record without a DC hum, (it is noisy that is to say). It is wha expect for around $100. The software could have been writen better, altho it was good enough to do a signal processing project with. Any comments welcomed, thanx... Jeff Beer, at UUCJEFF@ECNCDC.BITNET
