I just wanted to express my thanks for the posting of the 
GEM tutorials, however I'm having a problem with the 2 latest
postings.
I saved these notes and followed the instructions. I removed the
mail stuff from the top and then said 'sh file'
where file = the filname that I had saved the note to. It spit out
2 files. One called ark3isdone and another called source2.uuen (or
something like that). I then issued the uudecode command for
the source2.... file. I then received a message 'no begin line
in file'.....I have never used any of these tools before. 
Can someone give me instructions for unpacking these gem tutorials
so that I can read and print them????
