I followed the list put out by Craig Votava (ihnp4!looney!cmv) with the following amendmants: I used a 74LS74 instead of a 74ALS74 and I made the 33 ohm resistor netwoks out of 33 ohm resistors like this: pin: 1 2 3 4 5 .... ------------- (there are more pins but that would be boring) | | | | | (each individual resistor is 33 ohms) | < < < < | > > > > | < < < < | > > > > When I put the board in (after disconnecting my HD - just call me freshly backed up and paranoid) I booted off floppy and the 7300 recognized the Combo board in slot one, but no expansion memory. Hmm, thinks I, bad news. I double checked the jumpers (W1 && W2), the chip orientation, the chip temperatures (feel normal to me), everything. Do I need some s/w drivers that I don't have? Thoughts? Anybody with a scope-brain interconnect have any ideas? -cliff elam (919) 942-6024 (v) 967-4249 (d) -- {ihnp4!mcnc}!ethos!fubar!cliff Increase our bandwidth: shrink headers, use abbrev's, BAN CUTE SHIT!
