       Does anyone know how to display the graphic characters for 0x1b
 (which displays a left arrow) and 0x1a (the control Z EOF characters)
 which displays the right arrow, using  printf with ANSI.COM and NOT
 writing directly to the frame buffer.

       Any information would be helpful.
