Toshiba sells a 3.5-inch diskette in a kit that includes mounting hardware and cabling adaptors to allow you to mount it in a standard XT or XT-compatible cabinet. It supports the 720-kbyte 3.5" diskettes (but not the new 1.4 Mbyte ones) using the standard floppy controllers used with such systems. I bought one at a computer fair for about $120 last Spring. You'll need MS-DOS 3.2 or later to use it. (Earlier MS-DOS will use it, but will format it for 360-kbytes.)
