   Thanks to those who helped me getting the rest of ndmake 4.3. If 
anyone else is still looking for it, I'm told it's available via ftp
from simtel20.arpa, in pd:<msdos.c>ndmake43.arc. (John Weitek, I couldn't
get a reply back to you. The return address on your message didn't work.)
