I have an Olivetti M24 (compatible XT) with MSDOS 3.10
How can I increase the environment size?

NB COMMAND.COM /E:nn does not work
   nor does setenv from the Microsoft MSC compiler set
   (it does not recognise the version of COMMAND.COM)
