I have just started work on a 68000 based homebrew system, and am looking for an operating system to run. One of my first choices is OS9, but I am willing to consider almost anything Unix-like. If anyone out there has experience with porting OS9 (or any other OS that is *inexpensive* or free) to a 68000 system, I would appreciate pointers to literature that could get me started. I am looking for (1) source, (2) system requirements {hardware and firmware}, and (3) hints. Please E-mail your responses, unless you feel that this information would be of general interest to the net. I will summarize the results later. AtDhVaAnNkCsE - John
