It's neither.  That card is special; it has a button that's used to 
demostrate the method the card describes.  Apparently when you were
doing the print routine, the special button over-rode the one in the
print dialog (or somesuch), and you got presented with the message.

It's really an interactive Help system.  Looks like it interacted with
you, too!
