I got about 20 responses, both posted here in by e-mail. Some told of porting as much as 400K lines of software, and without exception, ALL RESPONDENTS FOUND MPW TO BE HIGHLY COMPATIBLE. The major problem (other than changing USE statements and make files) was that Lisa Pascal did not check for uniqueness of routine names beyond 8 characters, and MPW does.
