Well, Jeff, VersaTerm 2.0 and up have all worked with macput and macget
as long as you set Mac Xmodem.  I *AM USING* 3.1 as I type.  Very nice-
132 column (not all visible at a time, of course) automatic macros, 
easily definable commands (with access to menus!).

Do remember to use the -u options for macput and macget when you want
to transfer TEXT files to/from Un*x.

Oh, and another thing - I have seen 3.1 work under (beta) multifinder,
downloading in the background, and on a Mac II, but haven't tried 
both at once.
