Yes, it does all that.  It's great.

Pyro! comes free if you purchase Suitcase ( a program that allows you
to have as many fonts, desk accessories or FKEYs as you want ) or
PowerStation (a powerful configurable Finder replacement -- the
combination of PowerStation and DiskTop, from CE Software, makes a more
than satisfactory replacement for the Finder).  Pyro! should work fine
on your SE; I'm using it with a Plus running Sys 4.1/Finder 5.5.

I think the confusion comes from there being an evaulation version of
PowerStation that comes on the Suitcase disk.  That evaluation copy may
be freely distributed.  (I will BINHEX it and upload to
comp.binaries.mac, if requested.)  The evaluation copy will do screen
blanking like Pyro! will, so you can get a taste of it and decide
whether or not you want to order.  (There isn't a similar demo copy of
Suitcase.)  I bit the bullet, bought both programs, and love them.  I'm
addicted to lots of fonts and desk accessories, and can FINALLY have
more than 15 DAs (and as many fonts and FKEYS as I want) without having
to fragment my System file all over the place, use ResEdit to patch
Font/DA Mover, etc.

Summary:  Pyro! comes free with purchase of Suitcase or PowerStation,
but it's neither shareware nor PD.  List price of either product is
$59.95.  I'm a very satisfied customer.
