I know nothing about the printer, and he knows almost nothing about the PC (ie, a "typical" user). I'd like to know if they're even electrically compatible, and if so, what kind of interface or cable I'd need to get for him. And then, I assume that there would need to be some printer driver for it. Then there's the matter of printer escape codes. Etc Etc. Can anyone tell me if there's a source for any of these items, and if so, what the price may be? (I could write a driver myself if required, but would rather he bought one due to the fact that I have little spare time to research or code it). Please respond by MAIL, as I don't read the Apple newsgroups. I'll post any results if interest demands.
