A lawyer friend of mine has a Mac Plus with a 40 meg Mac Stack hard disk and
would like a way to encrypt or protect the entire disk.  Ideally he would
like to simply require a user to enter a password before they could boot or
mount the hard disk each time the system is started up.

I seem to recall some public domain or shareware programs that will do this.
If anyone is aware of such a program, could you please e-mail info about it
to me so that I can pass it along?
