I recall hearing that Microsoft used 20-bit addresses in their p-code, and thus Excel can't address more than a meg. Would this apply to just the location of the code, or does it mean that Excel couldn't use memory over a meg for data either? This question is about to become very important with MultiFinder. The latest issue of MacWEEK states that Excel will only work under MF if it is loaded first, presumably so that the code will fall in the first meg.
