I'm trying to do two things that aren't documented in either the
manual or the on-line help:

1)  Create or import icons.  I can copy them from applications with
ResEdit, but can't paste them into either MacPaint or HyperCard.
The latter doesn't explain how to create them from scratch or
modify existing ones.

2)  Use a non-Apple modem with the phone dialer.  My Novation
SmartCat wants a "%d " before the number, but I can't get it to work.
How can I check on baud rate settings, etc. from inside HyperCard?
