I keep wiating for finder 6.0]. It definitely speeds things up noticeably. It is also nice to know that my disk isn't getting little blocks of crud, and it is worth it just to be able to clear all of the extra stuff out of the Desktop file (you wouldn't believe how much faster that makes Finder....).
