I'm trying to anticipate the next question here: What if my printer doesn't have any DIP switches? Well, Tandy includes an installable device driver called LF.COM (or is it LF.EXE?). This eliminates the extra line feed. Both my Radio Shack printers require it to be installed, so I just add it to my AUTOEXEC.BAT file and forget about it. The command should be documented in the MS-DOS booklet that comes with the machine. -- =============================================================================== Chris Harting AT&T Network Systems Columbus, Ohio =============================================================================== "...Erase?!?..." -- Max Headroom
