In a recent TUGboat I read about a TeX previewer for VAX/VMS called
DVItoVDU which works with a number of common terminals (vt100, etc).
The article said it had been submitted to the distributors at
Stanford.  Well, we recently ordered the TeX distribution from
Stanford and DVItoVDU was nowhere on the tape.  Does anyone have this
beast or know where I can get it?
