However, when a page is printed it appears to be too far 'down' for standard output. With some fiddling around, I discovered that what I want to do is a '0 36 translate' for each page of output printed. I have tried to use the 'setmargins' command described in the manual but with no success when trying to move the top margin 'up'. When using negative values the margin will move all the way up until it reaches the default setting and then the changes are ignored. I know that the setmargins command is working as I can move the image any other way. Has anyone got any ideas what can be done?
