Our technical support department is installing either a dedicated VAX or a
386 UNIX machine for use as a bulletin board system by our customers. We
are looking for commercially supported bulletin board software that can:

1) Give our system administrator a high degree of control over postings.
2) Facilitate uploading and downloading of text and object files.
3) Be easily learned by novice users. 
4) Maintain customer confidentiality.
5) Be well supported by its vendor.

I would greatly appreciate any email on this subject. Pointers to
magazine reviews or addresses/phone numbers of vendors are especially
helpful.
