After spending a couple of hours watching uucico time out when talking to
another system, I'd like to propose a new signal, and a new option to
uucico:
          SIGKICK - kick machine in *ss.

          uucico -k[0-9] - kick *other* machine (wake up, you stupid &^$*#!)

   Invoking uucico with the -k option sends a SIGKICK to all other concurrently
executing uucicos (cf. init, telinit) and thence to uucico on other systems.
Note:  -k9 is likely to cause other system administrators to revoke your
account privileges.
