In regard to rn, vnews, and readnews:

We want to permit the reading of several work related newsgroups
during business hours, and the reading of all recreational newsgroups
after work hours. But, we want the administrators to have full news access
all the time.

Any ideas on how to best implement this ? I'm willing to hack the C code.
