North Andover, MA Lines: 11 Hi, I read in an article that there is some evidence that when women with PMS are craving chocolate, it could indicate a low level of magnesium in that person. Additionally, magnesium/calcium supplements were said to provide the same feeling of "comfort/being loved" that is said to be a reason why people crave chocolate. If this is true, what amounts of magnesium/calcium would be beneficial to add to your diet?? Can you get this amount of them by eating foods that are high in magnesium/calcium or would you need supplements? Thanks, Mary
