 So, I guess the easiest way to pass the test is not shoot ANY of the targets.
Or do you also fail for not shooting a "bad guy?" But then, if you won't shoot
a "bad guy" there's no reason to keep you from having a gun, since you
obviously aren't going to shoot anyone by mistake. This doesn't sound like
much of a test to me.
