I think you meant an "Ignorance Engine"--the pun is better.

Actually, I'm more inclined to believe he is just another of those MS-DOS
clones with a bit o' the old sentience mixed in.  Just goes to show what
kind of programmers those IBM people are.

On the other hand, I suppose he could just be a cranky old PR1ME with
nothing but FORTRAN to keep him company.  No wonder he can't get chicks.
