Davis - College of Engineering Lines: 13 Hello, The Digital Equipment Corporation DF224 (Scholar) modem supports V22A (1200) and V22B (600) as well as V22 BIS (2400). The documentation that I have indicates that the modem will fallback to 1200 b/s from the V22 BIS mode; however, as the documentation I have is preliminary, I cannot say whether the fallback protocol can be switched between V22A or Bell 212. When my modem has fallen back, I think it has gone to Bell 212 - though I cannot be certain. Eric Hildum
