I'll take a guess that Sanford Gardner looked at his local phone book and said "wrong, wrong, wrong!!" and decided to tell us all that LYNN WAS WRONG, and I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. jsol ACCURATELY stated that the laws vary from state to state. Why shouldn't we have guessed this in the beginning? What other laws are *exactly* the same in all 50 states?
