The connectivity (and sheer size!) of the network is so great now that a logical map would be a useless mish-mash. Even the geographic maps are a mess for any area larger than a city. As for a directory of what organizations are on the network, this is posted semi-regularly in comp.mail.maps. That "map" includes connectivity data, so you can tell how to get from A to B.
