If so, please let me know which is the right one and sorry!)

A relative of mine that leaves abroad needs a CAD package
to run on a PC/AT compatible. The package will be used
mainly for projecting injection molds for a plastic
molding factory. It will be used also for projecting metal 
tools.

Can anyone help me with that or give me any good references?
I would like very much to help my relative but I don't know
anything about CAD software.
