I would like to reproduce these two images:

 The vase in Phong's 1975 CACM paper "Illumination for Computer 
   Generated Pictures" (Figures 2 and 9, pages 451 and 454) 

 The wineglass in Figure 1-9 of Newman & Sproull
   (2nd International Student Edition, page 13)

Both appear to be surfaces of revolution.  The wineglass seems to be about 
a 10-point contour swept through about 20 steps; the vase seems to be about 
a 15-point contour swept through about 18 steps.  

Any information regarding the orginal data and viewing transform
would be appreciated.
