Rockwell and Novix for example (Novix sell single board versions - very fast, but in the $3,000 range if I remember correctly). Motorola sells a microprocessor (68H11 I believe) with on-chip ROM. an outfit call New Micros (Dallas, TX I believe) sells a chip with FORTH programmed into the ROM. with 3 chips (TTL oscillator, LT-1080, and the 68H11) and 5V, you're in business. for about $200 you can buy a board ready to go (it has more than 3 chips - extended memory, addition chip sockets, etc.) -r. kline ihnp4!houdi!rvk
