I don't have any problem in receiving and installing the patch that
Aron_Fingers_Nelson submitted to this list.
But it may be helpful to say:
1. the file is UUENCODE:
   you need an utility called UUDECODE (e.g. from SIMTEL20 server)
2. the file is in ARC format:
   you need an utility called ARC520 or ARCE ( same server) to decompress
   all the files you need.
3. last thing is to run INSTX. It is self explaining.
4. works only for turbo versions 3.00B and 3.01A
