I tried to extract font metrics from a LaserWriterPlus using the
"getmetrics" from comp.sources.unix (v7i7) but failed on the following
fonts:

	Symbol
	Courier
	Courier-Bold
	Courier-BoldOblique
	Courier-Oblique
	ZapfDingbats

I would like to be able to use the LW+ fonts with ditroff
(transcsript), and adobe only distributes the afm's for normal laser
writers.
