I am looking for a good introductory article or book which explains some of
the theory and practice behind electronic mail domains. We have just aquired
EAN mail for several of our offices. The documentation for the vendor suggests
that I should just run off and choose any old domain name I want. Fine in a 
closed environment but I want a gateway to usenet someday. Is there a limit
on the number of levels of subdomains I can have? I ask this because I will 
want to be a member of the .CDN and .GOV domains as well and the addresses 
will begin to get silly when I tack that onto my own addresses.
