After a long period of negotiation with both AT&T and the 
University of California, the USENIX Association is now fully licensed 
for both System V and 4.3BSD.  This means that the Association can
now offer *all members* the opportunity to purchase 4.3BSD
manuals.  An order form appears in each issue of ;login:.
