Some of the best known are LU.COM, NULU.COM, and (I believe) LAR.COM (though I could be wrong about the last one). As far as I know, however, they create files with .LBR as the extension, not .ARC. I'm sure that you can get these from any Kaypro User Group, and probably from the C Users' Group in Kansas, as well as on a number of RCPM's and BBS's.
