A few days ago I posted a summary of the Second Workshop on Large-Grained
Parallelism that took place in Hidden Valley, PA on October 11-14. In the
summary I included a name and address to requests copies of the proceedings.
However,  I failed to indicate that the report was not yet available.  The
SEI organized several workshops during October and there is a bit of a
printing backlog. All requests will be taken care of but the reports might
not be mailed for 4-6 weeks.

I am sorry if this causes a problem for somebody.
