The Release Notes for VMS 4.6 state that VAX PSI must be reinstalled but
does not state what version on PSI is required. Remembering the long
delay getting PSI 4.0 which was required for VMS 4.4, I asked DEC and
got two replies:

From the Australian Telephone Support Centre: Use the existing PSI 4.0

From my local DEC Office: Need PSI 4.1

Does anyone know the truth? I would prefer not to find out the hard way.
