To all those who requested the TPU programming editor, a.k.a. APE, I must
apologize if you have not received it yet.  I have not forgotten you.  I
have, however, had trouble sending it to non-Bitnet sites.  The major dif-
ficulty is that the files were getting munged somewhere along the way.
I now have VMS_SHAR and will be sending out packages to all you folks on
ARPA, etc. soon.  Again, my apologies.
