MicroVMS doesn't include DYDRIVER.EXE.  Since DYDRIVER is licensed software,
probably the only way you could (legally) get a copy is to buy full VMS.
In fact, you should get full VMS anyway; it's much better than MicroVMS
(assuming you have the available disk space), if only because the full
help libraries come with it.
