CPU time used is not affected by time of day. There are no great horrific effects otherwise. We *do* charge for connect time, but it is an extremely small charge, so we ask people to log off and if they still haven't after 2 minutes, they pay the penalty. You may find that you won't be able to run accounting properly until the time has caught up again since VMS accounting doesn't like records being out of sync.
