I need to convert a large amount of VAX Fortran to Cray XMP Fortran
and I'm looking for a utility to handle as many of these CFT restrictions
as possible:

1) reduction of length of variable/subroutine/function names to 8 characters.

2) flagging/conversion of WHILE/DO (Cray doesn't support this).

3) Adding label numbers to DO loops (many currently use DO/ENDDO
format).

If anyone has any leads or suggestions for a commercial or PD utility,
TPU code, Emacs code, or anything else that might help, please reply to
me.
