I'm interested in having a job sit and watch other jobs, both detached jobs
and jobs running on various queues for the purpose of notifying a user (via
reply and/or mail) that the watched job(s) has stopped.  I could write one
(and will, barring other solutions), but thought that someone else may have
something similar that would work.  (The old "reinvent the wheel" adage
applies here...)
