I have a couple of UNIBUS SMD disk controllers for sale.  They are
Emulex SC21's, which is an older version of the current UNIBUS
controller but last time I checked was still in Emulex's pricelist.

They appear to be in good shape. I have never used them.  Documentation
is available if you need it.  I have no use for them and just want to
get them out to somebody who could use them (even for spares), so don't
be afraid to make a low-ball offer for one or both boards.
