For those of you who are unable to ftp CITI's MacIP release from
citi.umich.edu it is now available from two other locations.

cunixc.columbia.edu has the release in compressed format:

The .Z file are created using the unix command compress which does
Lempel-Ziv coding.  It cuts the size in about half.

You can also uucp the release from uunet using the following commands:
