Brad Smith of UC Santa Cruz writes that he is having subnetting
problems with NCSA Telnet, I too, am having trouble with NCSA Telnet 2.0
and the UDP gateway code (from Kinetics). This code works great with
Version 1.2 of the Telnet application, but I can't open a window to 
anything using version 2.0. Is the new telnet not compatible with
this gateway code? Is it osmething really strange I'm doing wrong?
