Bruce,
      Many thanks for talking to Bill Fifer, it will help the Embassy
people. Yet again I have been defeated by arbitrary financial micro
management! I do not understand how the military expect to develop
highly automated and advance C3I systems, if they won't fund
demonstrators in supporting base technology like Packet Radio.
I hope you enterprise is thriving in these uncertain financial times
